It is the Concert Group mission to become the most recognised independent buying group in the UK's business telecommunications industry.

Within that mission lie the group's product scope which includes system design, sale, installation, maintenance and testing/implementing of new technologies of business communication/data systems and peripheral products supplemented with a complete range of proven network service products. Further product offerings will continue to be added as the market needs dictate and evolve.

The group's primary mission:

1. To form stategic partnership with all stakeholders e.g. selected equipment manufacturers, distributors, sales and service providers, customers and staff.
2. To integrate our market thrusts with all stakeholder/partners to provide the Concert Group with the most favoured (unique) aggressive packages for products and services available in the industry, therefore offering true benefits and quality assured solutions to our mutual customer base on a long term partnership basis.
